摘要
斜导柱侧向分型与抽芯机构具有结构紧凑、动作安全可靠、加工制造方便等特点,是设计和制造压铸模或注射模抽芯时最常用的机构。对于不同的滑块斜孔形式,其加工工艺的合理性对侧型芯的顺利抽芯和复位至关重要。以轴流风机机壳压铸模为例,对滑块斜孔、斜导柱结构和楔紧块的修配等最重要组成零件的制作工艺进行较详尽的分析。
The bevel column lateral typing and core-pulling mechanism are commonly used mechanism in design and manufacture pressure-casting dies because they have the advantages of compact structure, safe & reliable movement and easy machining & manufac-turing. It is very important for the lateral core's smooth core-pulling and resetting that different typing of sliders and slant-holes have rational machining techniques. Taking the axial fan casing pressure-casting die as an example, the processing and repairing techniques of the most important parts such as slant-hole in slider, the bevel column structure and the wedge tight block were analyzed.
