摘要
针对某隧道的地质状况,设计全断面钢模板砼衬砌隧道台车。详细介绍钢模台车的组成,对台车的机电液系统进行设计,同时对台车进行受力分析。使用结果表明设计的钢模台车满足该隧道的施工要求。
Considering the geological conditions of a certain tunnel, a full-face steel formwork concrete liner tunnel trolley was designed. The constitution of the steel trolley was described. The mechanical, hydraulic, electrical system of the trolley were designed, while load analysis of trolley was made. The practical results show that this trolley meets the construction demand of the tunnel.
