科技人才政策研究中应用CV方法的综述与启示 被引量:37

The Suggestions and Summaries of CV Method in the Research of the S&T Talent Policy

摘要 介绍了一种在科技人才政策研究中应用的最新工具和方法,即以科技人员的履历(Curriculum Vitae,简称CV)作为数据来源,对CV中包含的科技人员的丰富信息进行编码和分析,同时借助相应的描述统计分析方法,以此为基础来分析科技人才的职业发展轨迹、职业特征、流动模式以及科研人员个人和组织的评价等问题。通过对已有研究的概述分析,归纳了使用CV工具进行分析的主要方法,分析了该方法存在的障碍和不足,同时对在我国科技人才政策研究中如何应用该方法提出了建议。 This article introduced a new method in the research field of ST talents policy,which taken the CV(Curriculum Vitae) of researcher as the data resource.It analyzed the career development,job characteristic,flow patterns and the evaluation of researcher based on the much information in the CV.This article summarized how to use the CV and analyzed the difficult and problems about the research of ST talents.At last it provided the commendations on how to use the tool in the research of the ST talent policy in China.
