磷钼蓝分光光度法测定果蔬中有机磷 被引量:5

摘要 将氯化亚锡与亚硫酸钠混合溶液作为磷钼蓝分光光度法中的还原剂,分别测定样品中的总磷和无机磷,从而得到样品中有机磷的含量。该方法的最大吸收波长为740nm,磷在0~30μg范围内符合比耳定律,标准曲线的回归方程为y=0.1972x-0.0234,相关系数R2=0.9955,摩尔吸收系数为1.53×105L.mol-1.cm-1,相对标准偏差为1.85%~4.11%,回收率为96.16%~103.06%。 With the mixed solution of tin(Ⅱ) chloride and sodium sulfite as the reductant in the phosphomolybdate blue spectrop-hotometry,total phosphorus and inorganic phosphorus in fruit and vegetable samples were determined to get the content of organic phosphorus.The maximum absorption wavelength of the method was at 740 nm,the linear range of phosphorus was 0-30 μg(complying with Beer's Law),the linear regression equation was y = 0.1972x-0.0234,the correlation coefficient R2 was 0.9955,and its apparent molar absorptivity was 1.53 × 105L·mol-1·cm-1.The relative deviation was in the range of 1.85%-4.11%,and the recoveries ranged from 96.16%-103.06%.
