摘要
目的探讨糖尿病患者眼动脉及视网膜中央动脉的血流动力学变化。方法采用经颅多普勒超声诊断仪,对85例糖尿病患者、30例正常健康人进行眼动脉(OA)及视网膜中央动脉(CRA)的血流动力学检测。结果糖尿病组OA、CRA的收缩期血流速度(Vs)、舒张期血流速度(Vd)、平均血流速度(Vm)均降低,搏动指数(PI)增高,与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。糖尿病组OA、CRA峰时延长,收缩峰圆钝,波峰融合,部分患者舒张期血流降低甚至消失,频谱低而圆钝呈"馒头状"。结论糖尿病患者OA、CRA的血流动力学检测,可发现早期糖尿病视网膜病变,对判断糖尿病视网膜病变的程度、血流灌注和功能等提供重要的检测数据。
Objective To investigate the changes for hemodynamics of ophthalmic artery (OA) and central retinal artery (CRA) in patients with diabetes. Methods The hemodynamics of OA and CRA in 85 patients with diabetes and 30 volunteers without diabetes were detected by Transcranial Doppler sonography (TCD). Results Compared with the control group, the peak systolic velocity (Vs), end diastolic velocity (Vd) and velocity of mean (Vm) of OA and CRA in group of patients with diabetes were significantly slower. The results of TCD showed the peak time delay, systolic peak round and dull and wave peak mix together of OA and CRA in patients with diabetes group. The Vd was slower even disappear in part of patients with diabetes. The frequency spectrum changed lower and dull like "steamed bun" Conclusion The hemodynamics detection of OA and CRA in patients with diabetic can detect the diabetic retinopathy in prophase. For evaluating the degree of patients with diabetics retinopathy, the perfusion and function of blood stream, it can provide important basis.
