摘要
高校教育管理是一个复杂的系统,但传统的教育模式过分强调教师的权威以至忽视了服务学生的宗旨。学生是教师的衣食父母,教师有义务在以学生为本的服务型管理体系下为学生提供高质量的教育服务。为此高校教育管理需要在教学、科研、评优以及后勤等多方面,在服务型管理理念下打造适度约束教师、正确引导学生、严格评优制度和忠于本职工作的四位一体TSEL管理模式。为打造精品师资、出色学生、名牌学校构建合理完善的制度基础。
A complicated system in a tertiary school,student management traditionally manifests the teacher's authority,deviating from its originally supposed principle to serve students.For teachers,students are actually their resources of food and clothes,they are therefore responsible for constructing a student-based and service-oriented management system in return.For this end,a school shall activate all parties concerned,that is,staff of teaching,scientific researching,evaluating and logistics(TSEL) to jointly create a comprehensive managerial mode,which is established under the rules of properly regulating teachers,appropriately guiding student,strictly observing the evaluation system and royally serving the job position.Thus,a solid foundation is laid for building a well-structured mechanism,which facilitates the constructing of a brand school with good teachers and excellent students.
