摘要
目的探讨血、尿β2-微球蛋白(β2M)与肾小管间质病变程度的相关性。方法检测肾病患者血、尿β2M和尿总蛋白,并对肾穿刺标本进行病理参数半定量积分。结果随肾小管间质病变形态学改变加重,血、尿β2M升高,且与病变分级呈正相关;在血β2M低于临界值的患者中,87.4%存在不同程度的肾小管间质病变。结论β2M与肾小管间质形态学改变既联系密切,又不完全平行。β2M异常时,辅助诊断价值较大。
Objective To explore the relationship between the concentration of β2M and tubulointerstitial injury in nephropathy. Methods Serum and urine ~2M,serum total protein of patients diagnosed with kidney disease were detected. Renal biopsy samples from all patients were analyzed for pathological data. Results With the aggravation of tubulointerstitial injury,serum and urine β2M were all increased significantly and gradually. There was positive correlation between the degree of tubuIointertitial lesion and serum and urine β2M. Among the patients with serum β2M bellow cutoff value,87.4% had varying degrees of tululointerstitial damage. Conclfision There is a close, but incompletely parallel correlation between tubulointerstitial morphologic changes and β2M. β2M, being in abnormal range,could be used for auxiliary diagnosis of tubulointerstitial injury
