甲状腺功能检测的分析前干扰因素 被引量：14

摘要 甲状腺功能检测指标包括三碘甲状腺原氨酸（T3）、甲状腺激素或四碘甲状腺原氨酸（T4）、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT3）、游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT4）、反三碘甲状腺原氨酸（rT3）和促甲状腺激素（TSH）。各指标的检测均受分析前、分析后及分析中多种因素的影响。分析前质量控制是整个检测的基础，做好分析前质量控制对提高检测结果的准确性，确保患者获得有效的诊疗有重要意义。
