摘要
目的观察天芝草胶囊对宫颈癌术后放疗患者免疫功能的影响。方法 67例均经病理学诊断为宫颈癌患者。全部患者行广泛性全子宫切除术。术后随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组进行术后放疗,观察组在此基础上加用天芝草胶囊口服,每日3次,每次5粒。2个月后检测免疫功能,观察术前和应用天芝草胶囊治疗后的变化。复诊观察中位TTP。结果观察组与对照组相比,中位TTP延长了2.6个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2个月后检测,两组CD8+细胞数目经统计学分析,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;CD3+、CD4+、NK细胞数目经统计学分析,P<0.01,有显著统计学差异。结论天芝草胶囊能增强宫颈癌术后放疗的疗效,延长疾病进展时间,亦可减轻放疗的毒副作用,促进免疫系统功能的恢复,提高了患者的生存质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of Tianzhicao capsule on immue function in patients with postoperative radiotherapy for cervical cancer. Methods 67 cases were pathologically diagnosed as cervical cancer. All patients were given extensive hysterectomy. After surgery, they were randomly divided into the control group and observation group. In control group the patients were given postoperative radiotherapy. On this basis, in observation group the patients were given Tianzhicao capsule orally, 5 capsules each time, 3 times a day. 2 months later, the immune function was tested and the changes before and after Tianzhicao treatment were observed. The median TTP was observed in return visit. Results Compared to control group, the median TTP of obervation group was prolonged 2.6 months and the difference had statistical significance. Two moths later, there were statistical difference of the CD8 cell number between two groups, P〈0.05. By analyzing the numbers of CD3, CD4 and NK ceils between two groups, P〈0.01, the difference was of notable significance in statistics sci- ence. Conclusion Tianzhicao capsule can increase the curative effect of postoperative radiotherapy, extend time to progression. It aslo can release the cardiac toxicity of radiotherapy, promote the recovery of immune system, improve the quality of life of patients. So Tianzhicaocapsule is worthy of clinical application.
