摘要
通常评判高压胶管总成联接质量的主要指标是:总成的密封性能和总成的抗拉拔强度。在高压胶管失效的几种形式中,高压胶管扣压处失效所占的比例是最大的。结合实验,利用量纲分析法对高压胶管进行分析,最终通过分析得出高压胶管扣压量对胶管总成质量的影响起决定作用,并结合复合材料力学对高压胶管总成接头处进行力学分析,建立扣压量与扣压力之间的关系,从而精确确定扣压量,实现扣压过程的压力控制。
The key indicator to judge the quality of high-pressure hose assembly connection is the sealing performance and the anti drawing strength of assembly. The failure of the high-pressure hose at withholding takes up the largest proportion in the several forms. The high-pressure hose has been analyzed by the dimensional analysis with the experiments, the results show that the withhold of high-pressure hose plays a decisive role in the quality of the hose assembly. Meanwhile, the mechanical analysis on the connection of the high-pressure assembly has been taken with the mechanics of composite materials, the relationship between the amount and pressure of withhold has been built to determine accurately the amount of withhold, and realize the pressure control in the process of withhold.
