摘要
根据压力容器分析设计标准和应力分类准则,结合阀体的应力分布特点,对阀体的应力分类和强度评定问题进行讨论。按照应力分类思想对阀体应力进行分解和分类,对各类应力及其组合的当量应力给予不同的限制,从综合安全性和经济性角度,为阀体结构及壁厚进一步优化给出依据。
According to analytical design code of pressure vessels and stress-classification guidelines,combined with the stress distribution features of valve body,the problems of stress classification and strength estimate of valve body are discussed.After the total stress of the valve body is split and classified in accordance with the stress-classification guidelines,different types stress and equivalent stress are restricted with different constrains.From a comprehensive point of view of security and economy,the gist for the optimization of valve body structure and wall thickness is provided.
