摘要
三环式少齿差减速器设计的关键问题在于内、外齿轮变位传动的设计。介绍了一种用CAD法研究少齿差动轮系内、外齿轮变位系数设计的改进方法,并利用mathcad对其进行重复修改、调整,最终得到符合要求的变位系数。
The design of the inner and outer gear is the key problem in Three-ring type gear reducer. This article using improvement methods which is CAD method to carry out the research on less teeth difference reducer-the inner and outer gears of modification coefficients. And using the computer mathematical software MATHCAD repeatedly modify and rectify modification coefficients, finally, it get to meeting the requirements of results.
