摘要
长距离岩石层穿越是当今水平定向钻穿越施工的难点。文章结合山东白马、吉利河1310m岩石层定向钻穿越工程,在分析了穿越工程技术难点的基础上,论述了采用预埋套管、保护控向线挡圈、落井牙轮打捞新装置、导向浮筒装置、人工磁场监测、双钻机同步复式扩孔等工艺,成功地实现了岩石层穿越的施工过程。
Nowadays,long-distance crossing in rocky stratum is still a difficult construction key point in horizontal directional drilling.In the project of 1 310 m long pipeline crossing Baima River and Jili River in Shandong Province with directional drilling in rocky stratum,based on analyzing technical difficulties,a series of techniques were adopted,including pre-embedded casing,retaining ring for protecting direction control wire,new device for fishing gear wheel,guide buoys,artificial magnetic field monitor,synchronized multiple reaming with dual drillers.The pipeline crossing in rocky stratum was fulfilled successfully.
