摘要
本文论述了国产免耕覆盖播种机的研制过程及该机工作部件的设计依据,试验和性能测定的结果等。经生产查定证明设计合理,结构紧凑,具有我国自己的特点,为大面积推广应用夏玉米免耕覆盖种植机械化技术提供了有力手段。
The mulch seeding with no-tillage for summer corn is a new technique in agriculture which may save the energy,reduce the labour required and incre- ase the yield etc.But the mulch seeder is an essential one to practise this new technique.The 2BQM-6D mulch seeder is developed by us.It was apprais- ed by General Appraisal Station of Ministry of Agriculture in 1988 for manufac- turing.There is no any commercial mulch seeder but this one in China today. In this paper,the development of this mulch seeder is introduced.The besign and ealculation,the results of testing,field experiment and measuring of its main working parts (chisel coulter,disc opener,seed guiding spout and press wheel) are discribed. The examination from field operation of this mulch seeder proved its reasona- ble design,its compact construction and its good performance in agronomy.It is suitable in Chinese condition. This 2BQM-6D mulch seeder is a powerful means for making extension of this new technique into large area.
