摘要
烟丝宽度和产量由切丝机决定,滚刀式切丝机是烟草制丝线上应用最广泛技术最先进的设备,国内生产厂家在测绘国外产品的基础上,采用改变部分参数的方法进行设计,理论上缺乏计算依据。文章根据烟丝宽度和产量的实现机理,引入烟饼模型进行理论探讨,推导出切丝宽度、切丝产量的计算关系式,通过计算关系式分析出了实现切丝宽度、切丝产量的方法,并举实例进行阐述,为切丝机设计参数的确定提供重要的计算依据。
Tobacco width and yield are decided by tobacco cutter.Hob type tobacco cutter is the most common and the most advanced equipments in tobacco production line,domestic manufacturers were based on surveying and mapping foreign product,they use to change some parameters method to design it,theoretically lacks calculation basis.Based on theoretical smoke bread model and tobacco width and yield realization mechanism,this paper has carried on the theory discussion and deduced the calculation formula on tobacco width and yield,through the calculation formula to realize the tobacco width and yield production method,with a practical example was presented,It provided important calculation basis about design parameters of tobacco cutter.
