摘要
模拟 C F/ Al 复合丝铺层热压制备板材工艺, 分析探讨了复合丝在热压过程中强度降低的主要影响因素以及各因素间的相互关系。结果表明, 热压温度和压力对复合丝的性能都有较大的影响, 温度在 450~550℃时复合丝强度保留率在 85% 以上, 600℃时复合丝强度保留率仅 70% 左右; 复合丝强度随压力增大而降低, 温度和压力对复合丝性能的影响具有协同效应。
The damage of CF/Al preform wire after hot press with different process parameters was studied The results show that both temperature and pressure have great effects on the properties of the wire The remained strength of the wire is more that 85% after heat exposure at 450~500℃ However, it is less than 70% at a high temperature up to 600℃, which implys severe damage occurred The pressure of hot press affects the strength of the wire by distorting it which cause damage of some fibers inside Under a pressure of about 50MPa, the wire deforms to a degree and the strength of the wire remains high Whereas under such high pressure as 100MPa, the wire deforms severely and the wire strength decreases greatly The effects of temperature and pressure are not independently, the two parameters have cooperative effects on the wire, which is proved by the fact that the effect of temperature on the degradation of wire became more prominent while increase the pressure
