摘要
网络环境下的信息安全问题,一直是备受关注的热点,主要是因为网络环境下信息的安全存在着易被窃取和丢失的危险,而如何有效地保护这些信息,却一直是理论界和实务界关注的焦点。本文主要从热点新闻"维基解密"事件入手,结合外国的相关法律,分析信息自由下对信息数据安全造成的威胁。从信息自由的角度提出一些措施以维护对当前网络下的信息安全。
