卵巢上皮性肿瘤经阴道超声信息与肿瘤标志物的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨卵巢上皮性肿瘤经阴道超声信息与血清肿瘤标志物的相关性。方法:回顾性分析30例卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者经阴道超声和血清肿瘤标志物数据,将超声信息分解成声像图、血流信号图强度和肿瘤内径3个指标并进行分级,分析其与肿瘤标志物的相关性。结果:血清肿瘤标志物水平随超声信息分级级别升高而增加,呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。在声像图方面,CA125和LPA与其呈高度相关(rs>0.8),OPN和TSGF与其呈中度相关(rs>0.6);在血流信号强度方面,LPA与其呈高度相关(rs>0.8),CA125、OPN、TSGF与其呈中度相关(rs>0.4);在超声肿瘤内径方面,LPA与其呈高度相关(rs>0.8),CA125与其呈中度相关(rs>0.6),OPN和TSGF与其呈低度相关(rs<0.4)。结论:经阴道超声检查,结合LPA和CA125可能较结合OPN和TSGF对卵巢上皮性肿瘤严重程度的判定更具特异性。
