摘要
在唐菖蒲穗状花序上,表现出明显的发育和衰老顺序。分析测定结果表明,由花朵的生长到衰老,蛋白质、糖的含量呈下降的趋势。氨基酸总量、过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性以及膜质过氧化产物丙二醛的含量增加。
