摘要
通过对职技高师毕业生组织体育活动能力的观察和调查发现，其组织体育活动的能力较缺乏。为此，在职技高师体育教学中从培养体育活动的兴趣、拓宽体育知识面、注重实践技能等方面入手，培养学生组织体育活动的能力，收到了较好的教学效果。
Onthebasisofobservationandinvestigation,wefoundthatthegraduatesfromthevocationtechnicalteacherscollegewerenotgoodatorgnizingsportsactivities.Therefore,inphysicaltrainingteaching,welaidgreatemphasisuponthestudentsabilitiesinorganizingsportsactivitiesandgotbetterteachingresultbythefollowingwayssuchasdevelopinganinterestinsportsactivities,enlargingphysicaltrainingknowledge,andpayingmuchattentiontothepracticalandtechnicalability.
