摘要
研究了以玉米蛋白粉为原料利用超临界ＣＯ２ 萃取技术萃取玉米黄色素的工艺，探索了萃取压力、萃取温度、分离温度、分离压力及操作时间、ＣＯ２ 流量对玉米黄色素萃取率的影响。
This work studied on extracting maize yellow pigment from yellow protein powder by supercritical carbon dioxide.The effects of pressure,temperature,flow and time on the extraction rate were investigated.
