摘要
D E B( Direct Energy Balance)协调控制系统是美国 Leeds & Northrup 公司首先提出,并在国内获得了广泛应用的单元机组协调控制策略。分析了 D E B协调控制系统的设计思想和控制机理,指出 D E B系统实际上是采用了增益调度的思想,有效消除了由单元机组对象的动态特性随负荷变化的改变,提高了单元机组在不同负荷下的性能。这是对 D E B系统的一种新的认识,同时对 D E B系统调试中的参数整定也有重要意义。这种设计思想对于一些较复杂的非线性对象的控制系统设计也有一定的借鉴作用。
DEB (Direct Energy Balance) coordinated control system was first initiated by Leeds & Northrup Co. of U.S.A. It represents a kind of coordinated control strategy widely used in China for boiler turbine monoblock units. After an analysis of the design philosophy and control mechanism of the DEB coordinated control system the authors explained that the DEB system by incorporating the idea of gain scheduling effectively eliminates the variation of dynamic characteristics of a monoblock unit during operating load changes. Hence, it can enhance the monoblock performance under various operating loads. This constitutes a new understanding of the DEB system. Meanwhile, such an understanding is deemed to have great significance for the setting of parameters in the course of DEB system commissioning test. The design philosophy proposed in the present paper may as a useful experience benefit the design of control systems for some relatively complicated nonlinear units.
