油菜素内酯处理后水稻悬浮系细胞的蛋白质组学分析 被引量:3

摘要 油菜素内酯(Brassinosteroids,BRs)是植物生长发育所必需的一类植物激素,研究BRs通过影响哪些蛋白的变化影响水稻表型的变化是研究BRs调控水稻生长发育机理的关键。本研究利用近几年发展起来的蛋白质组学和质谱技术鉴定水稻中受BRs调控的蛋白,对BRs处理后的悬浮系进行了双向电泳分析,经质谱分析鉴定到受BR调控的18个蛋白,BR通过调控这些蛋白调控植物的生长发育,为研究BRs调控水稻生长发育机理开辟新的途径。 Brassinosteroids(BRs) are essential hormones that play important roles in the growth and development of plant.The research of those proteins regulated by BRs is the important tache in clarifying the mechanism of the regulating of BRs on rice growth and development.Proteomics and mass spectrum technique are powerful methods for identifying proteins regulated by BRs.Suspension cultured cells are preferable materials used in proteomics.This study identified brassinosteroid-regulated proteins in rice using proteomic approaches by two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(2-D PAGE) method and mass spectrometry analysis to identify BR-regulated proteins.The total proteins between BR treated and untreated samples of rice suspension cultured cells were compared,and 18 BRs regulated proteins identified.BR regulated the growth and development of rice through regulating these proteins.So this study aims to break new ground in the research of the mechanism governing the regulating of BRs on rice.
