摘要
太钢4 350 m3高炉为了降低生产成本,提高大型高炉的综合经济效益,通过加强原燃料质量管理,在高富氧率大喷煤量操作下实现合理的煤气流分布和稳定的操作炉型,使煤比得到逐步提高。2007年5月后煤比一直在180 kg/t以上运行,2008年有8个月煤比在200 kg/t以上。
4 35 0 m3 blast furnace in TISCO is an super-large blast furnace,which is beneficial for energy saving and emission reduction of iron-making system.The coal rate has been kept over 20 0 kg/t for continuous 5 months since February 2008(8 months for total one year) by intensifying crude fuel handling and stabilizing furnace wear lines as well as high oxygen enrichment and high coal ratio operation which can realize a reasonable gas distribution.
