摘要
利用UG软件对某螺旋桨进行三维实体建模,修改翼型然后利用计算流体力学软件Fluent进行数值模拟,得到敞水中该螺旋桨的推力系数、转矩系数、叶背压力、叶面压力等水动力性能参数,从而找到螺旋桨翼型的改进方向。计算分析发现,当扭转角度在10°左右时螺旋桨各水动力性能达到最低值。当扭转角度为15°时,螺旋桨各水动力性能参数出现极大值。利用CFD方法得到的螺旋桨流场分布与理论较吻合,结果具有一定参考价值。
This paper alters the wingtype of screw propeller after building its 3-D substance model with the software UG,conducts the numerical simulation adopting CFD software FLUENT,obtains the hydrodynamic parameters of screw propeller including thrust parameter,torque parameter,wing-back pressure,wing-surface pressure,et al,thus finding the improvement scheme.Calculation analysis indicates that,the hydrodynamic performance reaches the minimum level with the twist angle around 10°while reaching the maximum level with the twist angle 15°.The distribution of flow field obtained through CFD method agrees with theoritical analysis,proving the referrence value of the result.
