Preparation of the Environment-friendly Hot-melt Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive

摘要 实验采用加氢改性后的C5石油树脂,即氢化C5石油树脂作为热熔压敏胶(HMPSA)配方中的增黏剂,SBS热塑性弹性体为增韧剂,同时还加入了增塑剂和少量的抗氧剂和防老剂等助剂,来制备环保型热熔压敏胶。并通过对压敏胶产品初黏性、180℃熔融黏度、剥离强度等性能的测定,得到了一个最佳的热熔压敏胶配方。实验结果表明,当氢化C5石油树脂的质量分数为40%,增塑剂为35%,SBS为20%,抗氧剂和防老剂等助剂为5%时,环保型热熔压敏胶的性能达到了行业标准。 The environment-friendly hot-meh pressure-sensitive adhesive (HMPSA) was prepared, with using hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin as a tackifier, SBS thermoplastic elastomer as the toughener, and adding plasticizer and a small amount of antioxidant. By testing the initial adhesion, 180℃ melt viscosity and peeling strength of the product, a optimal formula for hot-meh pressure-sensitive adhesive was obtained. The results showed that the best formula was as follows: hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin accounts for 40% (mass percentage, the same below), plasticizer 35%, SBS thermoplastic elastomer 20%, antioxidant 3% and anti-aging agent 2%. The products could meet the industrial standards.
