摘要
利用新型的生物交联剂——微生物谷氨酰胺转氨酶(MTG),将含有磷元素的阿仑膦酸钠通过生物催化交联的方式固定在羊毛上,采用磷含量表征处理前后织物上阿仑膦酸钠的含量.结果表明:MTG可以催化羊毛与阿仑膦酸钠反应.高锰酸钾预处理可以促进MTG催化羊毛固定阿仑膦酸钠,织物磷含量较未处理提高77%.另外,通过单因素试验对酶催化反应的工艺条件进行了优化,在pH值6、50℃处理2 h后,织物磷含量达到792μg/g.
A new biocatalyst,microbial transglutaminase(MTG),was used to catalyze the reaction between wool and alendronate sodium containing phosphorus element.The amount of alendronate sodium on fabric was characterized by fabric phosphorus content.The results showed that MTG could catalyze the reaction of wool with alendronate sodium.Potassium permanganate pretreatment can promote MTG to fix alendronate sodium on wool,and the phosphorus content of the treated fabric increased 77% than the untreated one.In addition,the enzymatic reaction conditions were optimized by single-factor tests.The results showed that the phosphorus content of the fabric treated at pH 6 and 50 ℃ for 2 h reached 792 μg/g.
