摘要
目的加强消毒供应室医院感染管理,提高医疗护理质量,预防与控制医院感染。方法对消毒供应室的管理通过完善的制度,物流过程监测人员和计算机等一系列全过程、全员性、全方位的科室管理。结果对消毒供应室的回收、清洗、包装、消毒灭菌和储存保管发放等操作流程规范化管理,使消毒、灭菌合格率达100%。结论严格执行操作规程,规范管理是预防与控制医院感染的重要措施。
OBJECTIVE To strengthen the infection control in hospital sterilization supply room to improve the quality of medical care, prevention and control of hospital infection. METHODS The disinfection supply room was managed through the improvement of the system, logistics, personnel and computer process monitoring the entire process of a series with full of the departments management. RESULTS The recovery, cleaning, packaging, sterilization and storage operations such as storage process of issuing standardized management and strict disinfection sterilization supply department were applied, the qualified rate reached 100%. CONCLUSION Strict operation and standard management are important measures to prevent and control the nosocomial infection.
