LED照明用聚碳酸酯基光散射材料的研究 被引量:26

STUDY ON LIGHT SCATTERING MATERIALS BASED ON POLYCARBONATE USED IN LED ILLUMINATION

摘要 以聚碳酸酯(PC)为基材,分别选用无机光散射剂BaSO4、SiO2和有机光散射剂聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA),研究不同种类和含量的光散射剂对PC力学性能、透光率和雾度的影响。结果表明,光散射剂的加入对试样的拉伸强度影响较小,对缺口冲击强度影响较大。通过调节光散射剂的种类和用量,可以有效调节PC复合材料的透光率和雾度。当光散射剂PMMA的质量分数为1.0%时,PC/PMMA复合材料的透光率为85%,雾度为91.97%,性能非常优异,可以满足实际需要。 Polyearbonate(PC) was used as matrix, and barium sulfate, silicon dioxide, polymethyl methacrylate were chosed as light scattering agents respectively. The effect of the type and dosage of light scattering agents on the transmittance and haze, me- chanical properties was studied. The results showed that there was nearly no change in tensile strength with the addition of light scattering agents, while the impact strength was decreased, the transmittance and haze could be changed by changing the dosage of light scat- tering agents. When the content of light scattering agent PMMA was 1% , the good property with transmittance of 85% , and the haze of 91.97% was obtained, which could meet practical requirement.
