摘要
用共沉淀法制备了一种新型的仲丁醇脱氢制甲乙酮催化剂,并且与国内的同类工业催化剂产品进行了性能比较,结果表明自制催化剂的脱氢活性、甲乙酮选择性以及热稳定性等不差于现有的工业催化剂。
A CuO/ZnO/Al2O3 catalysts TH were prepared by the co-precipitation method.The catalytic activity and selectivity of dehydrogenation of 2-butanol to methyl ethyl ketone has been studied by a differential fixed-bed reactor at atmosphere.It was found that the catalytic activity and selectivity of the TH was better than the commercial ones TQ,especially the heat-resistance of TH has been greatly improved.
