摘要
直流电阻分压器的散热问题是制约其长期运行可靠性、测量精度的关键因素之一,尤其在分压器工作电流较高时。笔者通过实验及仿真分析相结合的方法,找到了一种解决方案。设计了一种以高导热系数的固体物质为绝缘介质的直流分压器结构,进行了温度场的计算和温度测量试验。该设计为开发直流电子式电压互感器产品提供了基础。
The heat for a DC resistance divider hinders long-term reliability,and is a key factor in measurement accuracy,especially in the higher working current.This paper combined experimental and simulation methods,found one kind of solution,designed one kind of DC resistance divider structure which take the high thermal conductivity solid material as the dielectric,carried on the temperature field calculation and the temperature measurement test,and provided the foundation for the development DC electronic voltage transformers product.
