摘要 笔者提出了一种利用二氧化碳气体来传递过温信号的高压开关柜过温监测系统。该系统在开关柜内易过温点安装气体存储装置,在温度超过设定阀值时释出特定的气体。传感器检测到该气体浓度的变化后发出告警信号。该系统具有安装方便、性能可靠、成本低廉的优点,同时不会在开关柜内引入新的故障点。笔者给出了系统工作原理及气体的存储装置、释放机构和检测装置的具体设计。通过实验室测试和现场试运行的结果验证了该系统的正确性、有效性和工程实用性。 This paper proposes a novel over-temperature supervising system for the HV and MV switch cabinet by carrying the over-temperature signals through CO2.In this system,gas storage devices installed on the points likely to be over-temperature will release a certain type gas when the temperature exceeds a set threshold,an alarm signal will be sent out after the gas sensors had detected the changes in the gas concentration.The proposed system is easy installation,reliable and inexpensive,simultaneously,will not introduce the new faulty point in the switch cabinet.This paper also gives the system operation principle and the design of the gas storage device,the gas releasing mechanism and the gas detection device.The correctness,effectiveness and engineering applicability are verified through the results of the lab tests and trial operations.
