摘要
以水溶性高分子材料PEG 6000和PEG 4000为基质,采用均匀设计试验法,制备延灯滴丸。以滴丸的圆整度、外观质量、丸重差异和溶散时限为主要考察指标,优选得延灯滴丸制备的最佳工艺为:以PEG 6000:PEG 4000(1:5)的混合液为基质,药物与基质比为1:2,液体石蜡为冷却剂,药液温度80℃,冷却管口温度30℃,滴速20滴/min。
The process for preparation of Yandeng dripping pills was optimized by uniform-design method,with PEG 4000 and PEG 6000 as matrix.The sphericity,appearance quality,weight and disintegration of the preparations were used as targets.The optimal process was PEG 4000-PEG 6000(5:1),drug-matrix(1:2),paraffin liquid as refrigerant, at drug liquid temperature of 80℃,nozzle temperature of 30℃,and velocity of 20 drops per minute.
