摘要
介绍了广州市西江引水工程中PCCP管、钢管及混合管材的试压情况。对试压方式、试压参数及原则、试压的过程进行了分析,提出了试压分段长度、混合管段压力选择以及从试压方面降低工程投资的建议,可为同类工程借鉴。
The pressure test situation in prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP), steel pipe (SP) and combined pipeline used in Xijiang River Water Diversion Project of Guangzhou City is introduced. The mode, parameters, principle and proeess of pressure test are analyzed. Suggestions on seetion length, pressure selection for combined pipeline and investment decrease in terms of pressure test are made for reference to similar projects.
