利用绿色基础设施控制城市雨水径流 被引量:104

Management of Urban Stormwater Runoff by Green Infrastructures

摘要 针对我国城市目前普遍面临雨水径流带来的一系列严重问题,指出绿色基础设施是控制城市径流的重要途径。介绍了绿色基础设施的发展与内涵,总结了城市绿色雨水基础设施的主要技术和功能,通过分析绿色雨水基础设施与绿色建筑及其他一些相关理念和技术体系的关系,简要介绍了美国和国内绿色雨水基础设施的一些工程实践,阐明绿色基础设施在城市雨洪控制利用中的重要地位,并对我国绿色建筑评价内容的完善和未来的发展提出建议和展望。 The problems associated with urban stormwater runoff are serious in most Chinese cities. Green infrastructures are regarded as an important measure to solve these problems. The development and meaning of green infrastructures are introduced. The main technologies and functions of urban green stormwater infrastructures are summarized. Through analyzing the relationships of green stormwater infrastructures to green building and other relevant concepts and systems, some engineering practices of green stormwater infrastructures in USA and China are briefly introduced. The important role of green infrastructures in urban stormwater management is expounded. The improvement and future development of Chinese green building system are prospected.
