摘要 为探究重庆农业经济增长与农业面源污染之间的演替规律,为重庆市制定农业环境政策和农业的可持续发展提供依据,根据1995-2008年重庆市农业经济发展主要指标和农业面源污染物排放量的统计资料,采用环境库兹涅茨曲线模型,分析重庆市农民人均年收入与主要污染物排放量的相关关系。结果表明,重庆市农民人均年收入与农业面源污染物排放量之间存在显著的"倒U型"曲线关系,重庆市农业面源污染整体已经进入转折期,但农业生产的地域性及农业环境政策的实施状况都可能对这种趋势产生一定的影响,重庆的农业环境保护在较长的一段时期内仍将面临着经济快速增长、环境质量改善和环境风险防范三重压力。 The correlation between farmers' per capita annual income and discharge quantity of main pollutants was analyzed by using environmental Kuznets curve model according to main agricultural economic development index and discharge quantity of agricultural non-point source pollutants from 1995 to 2008 in Chongqing to provide the scientific basis for formulating agricultural environmental policy and agricultural sustainable development.The results show that there is a significant reverse U curve between farmers'per capita annual income and discharge quantity of main pollutants,the whole agricultural non-point source pollution is entering into the transition period,the regionalism of agricultural production and implement force of agricultural environmental policy may have the certain influence on the trend,and agricultural environmental protection is still faced with triple stresses of economic fast increase,environmental quality improvement and environmental risk prevention in Chongqing.
