GBF型螺杆泵地面驱动系统设计

摘要 针对现有GBF型螺杆泵存在的问题,对其地面驱动装置的传动系统和控制系统进行了设计。在传动系统方面,采用无刷直流电机取代传统的三相异步电机,用动态扭矩传感器对螺杆承受扭矩实时监测,并根据实际工况要求设计了减速器。在控制系统方面,整个硬件平台和软件平台采用TI公司高性能的TMS320C2812型DSP作为系统的主控制器,通过调节PWM波占空比实现了电机的无级变速,采用增量式PI对电机闭环控制;通过软件措施实现了电机的软启和软停,并能够预防螺杆泵系统运行过程中可能出现的烧泵和堵转等问题。基于Labview仿真平台对PI参数调节过程进行了仿真研究。 To overcome the problems of the present GBF screw pumps,a new ground drive device was developed,including motor-drive system and control system.In respect of motor-drive system,choose to adopt BLDC motor instead of the traditional three-phase asynchronous motor,and make use of dynamic torque sense to monitor the torque values of screw pump real-timely,and design the reducer according to the parameters of the electromotor and the actual working condition.In respect of control system,TMS320C2812 type DSP of TI corporation was used as the primary controller,by changing the duty cycle of PWM to realize the step-less speed adjustment,by means of increment type PI algorithm to implement close-loop control of the rotating speed,by use of software strategy to achieve the soft-start and soft-stop,and to resolve the problems of "Pump Burning" and "Locked-rotor".A simulation study resting on Labview was carried out to gain the parameters of PI algorithm.
