摘要
在无水碳酸钾存在下,以DMF和丙酮为溶剂,取代苄氯与尿嘧啶反应,合成了10个1-苄基脲嘧啶类化合物(3a~3e)和1,3-二苄基脲嘧啶类化合物(4a~4d,4f),其结构经1H NMR和元素分析确证。初步生物活性测试结果表明,3和4具有一定的除草活性,其中3d(100μg.mL-1)对油菜根长生长抑制具有较好的效果。
Ten benzyl uracil derivatives(3a~3e,4a~4d,4f) were synthesized by the reaction of uracil with benzyl chloride derivatives in the presence of anhydrous potassium carbonate using DMF and acetone as solvent.The structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and elemental analysis.The preliminary biological test results showed that 3 and 4 possess some herbicidal activity and 3d exhibited good activities against Brassica napus at 100 μg·mL-1.
