摘要
以学校食堂用塑料托盘为例,用MOLDFLOW软件模拟制件在模腔内流动与保压过程,由于制件尺寸大而薄,在生产中很易由于保压不均匀而导致制件各部位体收缩不一致,从而产生严重的翘曲变形。通过对保压曲线的优化,得到了最佳的保压曲线,很大程度上减小了制件的翘曲变形量。对减小翘曲变形的保压曲线优化给予了原则上的说明,同时也说明了影响翘曲变形的各个因素之间的相互联系。
In this study, the flow and packing process of polymer in cavity was simulated by MOLD- FLOW software for a plastic plate used in canteen. It is very easy for a big and thin part to generate inhomogeneous volume shrinkage due to the uneven packing pressure on the part, resulting in the warp deformation. A series of experiments optimizing the packing profiles were carried out, and a best packing profile was obtained which decreased the warp deformation in a large extent. The packing profiles optimization which reduced the warp deformation was introduced. Meanwhile, the intrinsic relationship between the factors having effect on the warp deformation was presented.
