摘要
目的:探讨微量元素与糖尿病间的关联性及临床意义。方法:采用ICP-AES等离子体发射光谱仪测定了楚雄地区糖尿病患者血清中6种元素。选取糖尿病患者27例,对照组20例。结果:测定结果表明楚雄地区糖尿病患者血清中除Cu、Zn外,Fe、Pb、Cr、Cd含量均高于健康对照组,并检测出有害元素Pb。组间比较男性除Cu、Pb外,其余元素含量均低于女性。男性血液中元素Pb较女性高。结论:楚雄地区糖尿病患者血液中Cu、Zn两种元素水平低,糖尿病患者血液中检测出元素Pb。
Objective：To study the association between diabetes and trace elements,and its clinical significance.Methods：As the blood samples we take 27 diabetes patients in experiment group and 20 healthy volunteers in control group.The contents of 6 elements in the blood samples of the both groups were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy（ICP—AES）.Results：The results indicate that in Chuxiong,exception the elements of Cu and Zn,the elements of Fe,Pb,Cr and Cd in experiment group are higher than those of healthy volunteers in the blood,and the poisonous element Pb is also found in the blood of the target group.Compared in the same group,except the elements of Cu and Pb,the other elements in male group are higher than those of female group.Furthermore,the element of Pb in the male group is much higher than that of the female group.Conclusions：The elements of Cu and Zn are much lower in the blood of diabetes patients in Chuxiong,and the element of Pb is found in the blood of diabetes patients.
