摘要
以湘杂油763为材料,测定不同施肥量(以N、P2O5、K2O、B计,处理A:240、120、210、1.2 kg/hm2;处理B:180、90、157.5、0.9 kg/hm2;处理C:120、60、105、0.6 kg/hm2;处理D:60、30、52.5、0.3 kg/hm2;E:不施肥)和栽培密度(7.5×104、1.5×105、2.25×105、3.0×105、3.75×105、4.5×105株/hm2)对油菜茎叶可溶性糖和游离氨基酸含量及其油菜籽粒产量的影响。结果表明:油菜可溶性糖含量随着施肥量的减少和栽培密度的增加而升高;游离氨基酸含量随着施肥量的增加而升高;游离氨基酸含量、游离氨基酸总量与可溶性糖总量均和油菜籽粒产量呈显著正相关,可溶性糖含量与油菜籽粒产量呈显著负相关。以处理A施肥量和密度为2.25×105株/hm2的处理油菜籽粒产量最高。
Xiangzayou763 was used as material to study the effects on rapeseed stem-leaf soluble sugar and free amino acids and rapeseed yield in different fertilizer levels(N∶P2O5∶K2O∶B:treatment A,240∶120∶210∶1.2 kg/hm^2;B,180∶90∶157.5∶0.9 kg/hm^2;C,120∶60∶105∶0.6 kg/hm^2;D,60∶30∶52.5∶0.3 kg/hm2;E,no fertilizer)and planting density(7.5×104,1.5×105,2.25×105,3.0×105,3.75×105,4.5×105plant/hm^2).The result indicated that the content of soluble sugar in rapeseed stem was increased with fertilizer decreased and inseased with density increased;The content of free amino acids took an upward trend with increasing fertilizer.Free amino acids amounts and total amounts of soluble sugar and free amino acids had very significant positive correlations with rape grain yield,while it had a negative correlation between soluble sugar amounts and rape grain yield.Integrated study showed that the treatment A and the density of 2.25×105plant/ hm^2 was the most conductive to rape income.
