摘要
目的观察丹参川芎嗪对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法大鼠经右侧翼腭动脉线栓willis环30 min后再灌注30 min并反复3次的方法,建立大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的动物模型。测定血清内源性超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、ATP酶含量,动态观测局部脑电图棘波及脑血流的变化,评价丹参川芎嗪对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的影响。结果与缺血再灌注组比较,丹参川芎嗪能显著降低MDA值,增加血清和脑组织中SOD含量,明显改善ATP酶活性,并能显著提高大鼠局部脑血流量,缩短脑电图棘波恢复至正常水平时程。结论丹参川芎嗪对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。
Objective It is to observe the effect of Danshen-ligustrazine on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.Methods The animal models of ischemia-reperfusion injury of rats were established by ligating their right pterygopalatine artery with willis ring for 30 min and reperfusion for 30 min,which was repeated for three times.The concentration of serum SOD,MDA,ATP enzyme was determined,and the dynamic changes of local cerebral blood flow and spike wave of EEG were observed to evaluate the effect of Danshen-ligustrazine on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in the rats.Results Compared with that in ischemia-reperfusion group,Danshen-ligustrazine could significantly decreased serum MDA,and increased SOD in serum and cerebral tissue,obviously improved activity of ATP enzyme,it also could increased local cerebral blood flow of the rats and shortened the times used to recover spike wave to normal level.Conclusion Danshen-ligustrazine has a protective effect on local ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.
