HPLC法测定梅花入骨丹中的没食子酸和槲皮素含量 被引量:6

摘要 目的测定梅花入骨丹中没食子酸和槲皮素的含量。方法用HPLC法,以SinoChromC18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液,流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为255 nm,柱温为30℃,梯度洗脱。结果没食子酸在0.162~3.24μg,槲皮素在0.002052~0.041μg内呈良好的线性关系,没食子酸平均回收率为103.9%,RSD为1.20%;槲皮素平均回收率为100.5%,RSD为0.97%。结论 HPLC法测定没食子酸和槲皮素,方法简便可行,重复性和分离效果好。 Objective To determine the Championi (Benth.) Benth. Methods The separation contents of gallic acid and quercetin in Bauhinia was performed on SinoChrom C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)) with gradient elution of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase, flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1, the detective wavelength was 255 nm, and the column temperature was 30℃. Results The linear ranges of gallic acid and quercetin were 0.162-3.24 μg, 0.002052-0.041μg respectively, the average recoveries were 103.9% (RSD= 1.20%), 100.5% (RSD=0.97%) respectively. Conclusion The method is simple and reproducible, and it has good separation effect.
