摘要
连杆小头衬套在复杂的工况下,衬套过盈联接固持力随使用时间增加而减小,衬套松动成为连杆小头滑动轴承主要失效形式之一。为分析连杆小头衬套过盈联接的可靠性,用初始固持力减去固持力衰减量表征残余固持力。将初始固持力、固持力衰减量和工作载荷作为随机变量,且假设它们均服从正态分布,分别推导得出了残余固持力和工作载荷的密度函数。以残余固持力大于工作载荷的概率作为过盈联接的可靠度,提出了连杆小头衬套过盈联接可靠度的计算方法。
The interference tit of connecting rod small end bushing decreases with working time increasing in complex working conditions, the bushing looseness is one of main failure mode for connecting rod small end bearing. In order to analyse the reliability for interference fit of connecting rod small end bushing, the residual fixation force is represented by the initial fixation force minus the fixation force attenuation. The initial fixation force, the fixation force attenuation and the working load as a random variable, assumption of they follow normal distribution, the density function of residual fixation force and working load have been educed. The probability that residual fixation force greater than the working load as the reliability of interference fit, presented the reliability calculation method for interference fit of connecting rod small end bushing.
