摘要
数控机床的定位精度是反映机床性能的一项重要指标,由丝杠和螺母相对运动产生的热变形严重影响定位精度。结合丝杠热变形的非线性等特点,采用径向基函数神经网络方法建立丝杠热变形误差模型。同时在XHFA2420大型仿形定梁龙门加工中心,对模型进行了实验验证。
The positioning precision,which is an important index of the numerical machine tools,is severely affected by the thermal deformation caused by relative movements between the ball screw and the nut.Thermally induced error of the ball screw drive system is a time-dependent nonlinear process,so a neural network method is used to model the thermal error in it.Some experimental researches are put forward on XHFA2420 machining center by the double frequency laser interferometer.
