双三相异步电动机直接转矩控制定子磁链观测的研究

摘要 介绍了一种新型双三相异步电机直接转矩控制(DTC)的策略,构建了由2套互差30°(电角度)、中点隔离的对称三相绕组所组成的双三相异步电机模型。运用PI调节器对定子磁场实施同步控制。通过自适应定子磁链观测(ASFO)来提高磁通的估计值,并根据磁链与转子位置关系估计出转子的位置。该方法具有良好的暂态与稳态性能,有效地降低了转矩和磁链的脉动。以10 kW双三相异步电动机建模,通过上述方法得出结果进行分析并验证该控制策略是正确有效的。 A direct torque control(DTC)strategy for dual-three phase asynchronous machine drives was discussed. The asynchronous machine has two sets of stator three-phase windings spatially shifted by 30 electrical degrees with isolated neutral points. The proposed control strategy is based on proportional integral(PI)regulators implemented in the stator flux synchronous reference frame. To improve the flux estimation, an adaptive stator flux observer(ASFO)has been used. And in accordance with the relationship between flux linkage and rotor position to estimate the rotor position. This method has a good transient and steady-state performance, and effectively reduce the torque and flux ripple. Experimental results are presented for a 10 kW dual three phase asynchronous machine drive prototype and verify the effectiveness of the strategy.
