摘要
针对我国纤维板生产过程中调施胶系统存在检测精度不高、动态调节性能差、施胶量不稳定、产品质量不高和生产效率低等问题,提出了将多传感器融合技术应用于调施胶系统中的方法。分析了调施胶过程的特点和多传感器融合技术的优势,构造了控制系统;同时,采用BP神经网络的多传感器融合技术改进传统的PID控制。仿真结果证明了该技术的优越性。
The gluing system is an important section in fiberboard production, while the detection accuracy is not high enough in our country, and its dynamic regulation performance is poor, these make the quantity of gluing unstable, thus the quality of product is not high and the pro- ductive efficiency is low. Thus the method of multi-sensor fusion technology used in gluing system is proposed. The features of gluing process and the superiority of multi-sensor fusion technology are analyzed, and the control system has been implemented. In addition, by adopting BP neural network multi-sensor fusion technology, the conventional PID control is improved. The result of simulation verifies the advantages of this technology.
