摘要
为了改善小农机前进阻力及扭矩,对振动旋耕切削进行了力学分析,并采用显示动力学软件Ls-dyna求解器,运用ANSYS进行了仿真设置,结合MAT147材料模型就松土刀具对土壤的切割过程进行了三维动态仿真。初步分析结果表明,数值模拟结果是合理的,较精准地模拟了松土刀具对土壤的切割过程。仿真结果表明,振动旋耕切削对前进阻力及扭矩都有着较大改善,是一种有效的技术途径和方法。
In order to improve the working performance of the small agricultural machinery's forward resistance and torque,the vibrational rotary tillage force analysis was taken.Using dynamic software Ls-dyna solver and ANSYS simulation settings,combined with MAT147 material model,the cutting tool of soil on the 3D dynamic simulation was investigated.Preliminary analysis shows that the numerical simulation results are reasonable,and the soil cutting process simulation is accurate and precision.The experimental results show that the vibrational rotary tillage has good effect on forward resistance and torque.It is an effective technical approach and method.
