摘要
为提高数字伺服阀的频率特性和响应速度,对弹射系统用φ6通径,2D数字阀选用低惯量的两相混合步进电机作为其电-机械转换器,介绍了其工作原理并设计了2D数字伺服阀专用DSP控制器,采用电流和位置双闭环算法对其性能进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,该电-机械转换器在幅值100%最大阀开口的阶跃信号输入下,上升时间为5 m s;正弦输入信号下,对应-3 dB的频宽分别约为305 Hz;其频响高于同类数字伺服阀用电-机械转换器。
In order to improve the frequency characteristics of digital servo valve and the response speed,a low inertia of the two-phase hybrid stepping motor was choosed and used as the actuator of 2D digital valve-φ6 ejection systems.Then,the basic theory of stepping motor was presented,and a 2D digital servo valve controller which was embedded in current and position of double closed loop control algorithm was designed in this research.The experimental results show that using the stepper motor as the actuator,the rise time is 5 ms for 100% input signal and the bandwidth is about 305 Hz at-3 dB gain for 25% input signal.The frequency response is higher than the similar actuator of digital servo valve.
