摘要
气象信息在健全防灾体系、构建和谐社会以及指导公众有序防御气象灾害,合理安排工作与生活等方面发挥了积极的作用。简述了广东气象短信的发展,探讨了完善广东气象灾害预警防御能力的对策。
Meteorological information plays an active role in perfecting the disaster prevention system,constructing the harmonious society,advising people to prevent meteorological disasters in an orderly way,and rationally arranging the work and life,etc.This paper expounds the development of Guangdong’s meteorological short massage,and probes into the countermeasures for perfecting Guangdong’s ability of early warning and preventing meteorological disasters.
